Analog Signal Processing for Deployable Sensor Systems

The power consumption requirements of deployable systems for remote signal detection and signature analysis are of critical concern to the user community. Innovative application of analog signal processing (ASP) architectures in place of high-power, digital data collection and processing systems has tremendous potential to enable highly efficient detection and processing of signals of interest using very little power. Rather than simply engineering more compact systems, a more transformative solution is proposed for full exploitation of ASP topologies to address the most challenging mission objectives.
